1) Senior Account Manager
Full-time position, based in South Dublin City area. Immediate start.
We are looking for an experienced account manager with the confidence and ability to take client event enquiries from concept to completion. Practical experience with corporate clients, and agency or brand experience is a must for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, be organised and professional first, and creative second.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare bespoke event concept proposals to meet client brief
- Cost-sheet breakdown within client budget
- Manage suppliers and event crew
- Maintain communication and strong relationships with clients
- Create, manage and report on client metrics and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in agency / brand / event management
- Fluent English
- Third level qualification
- Full drivers license
- Computer literate
- Relevant quality references
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in a similar agency role
- Event and brand activation experience
- Detailed industry knowledge and relationships
- Ability to deliver on proposals, costings and event delivery
- Resourceful and smart under pressure
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills a must!
- Professional and motivated to drive new business and protect existing client-base
- Creativity and design skills welcome, but not required
2) Junior Account Executive
Full-time position, based in South Dublin City area. Immediate start.
We are looking for a Junior Account Executive with experience in a similar role, working with clients, brands and some event experience. This role is for a professional and organised individual with good communications skills, and proficient in Office PowerPoint and Excel. The ideal candidate will have client management experience first, and event skills second.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare event concept proposals and costs for small events
- Assist team on planning larger event services as needed
- Working on-site at events
- Manage suppliers and event crew
- Ad-hoc duties to include content creation and research
Requirements:
- Experience working in similar agency role
- Fluent English
- Third level qualification
- Full drivers license
- Computer literate
- Relevant quality references
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months professional experience in an agency role or similar
- Relevant exposure and experience in the running of events
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel is a must
- Organised, proficient and hard-working
- Professional and motivated
- Other skills not required but welcome; graphic design, creative thinkers, production experience
3) Event Production Assistant
Full-time position, based in South Dublin City area. Immediate start.
We are looking for an Event Production Assistant to work alongside our Production Manager. In this junior role you will have experience and understanding of the concept of event production and design, including set design, brand activation and event delivery, along with strong communication and organisational skills and a strong desire to learn more. The role will require the ability to manage event crew and also be proficient in office, PowerPoint and Excel.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the production manager in areas such as event and set build, inventory management, event and crew scheduling, licensing and compliance and overseeing concepts turning into reality
- Management of third party suppliers
- Report between the production manager and the account management team
- Work on the ground at events, assist in the venue layout and design, load in and load out, delivery of concepts
- Consult on production elements of event planning with client manager
- Assist team on larger event services as needed
Requirements:
- An understanding of event production
- Fluent English
- Full drivers license
- Computer literate
- Relevant quality references
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months experience with an event company, brand activation agency, exposure to event production setting or similar
- Relevant exposure and experience in the running of events
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Organised, communicative and enthusiastic to learn
3) Event Intern
Full-time temporary internship, based in South Dublin City area. Immediate start or Jan 2020 start.
We are looking for a hard-working graduate or student qualifying in Event Management or similar. Practical paid or unpaid work experience in events is a must. This role will offer the successful candidate hands on experience working in both small and large scale events, and the management of corporate and brand clients. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to communicate with clients and work with Office, PowerPoint and Excel. Training in all areas will also be provided, with view to progression to a permanent junior position, should the internship be successful.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in content creation for concept proposals
- Source supplier quotes
- Attend events as assistant to event manager
- General office duties as required
- Opportunity to delve deeper into areas of interest and skillset such as event planning, event production, account management and design.
Requirements:
- Qualifying or qualified in event management or similar
- Exposure / experience on numerous events or similar
- Fluent English
- Computer literate
- Relevant quality references
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 100 hours experience or exposure to the running of events or similar
- Proficiency in basic PowerPoint and Excel a must
- Confident communicator and enthusiasm to learn new skills and work hard
